Lot prices will be released once City requirements are settled, with adequate notice before selection windows begin.

The City is completing its review of infrastructure requirements (street improvements, traffic mitigation, utility installations) that directly impact per-lot development costs. We won’t speculate or guess on lot prices—you’ll receive accurate, defensible pricing based on real numbers once those requirements are locked in.
